The Executive Director is responsible for day-to-day successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. Executive director must work and operate within a budget. The Board of Directors may appoint an executive director, and in some cases the vote must be approved by a specified percentage of the membership.
